Liam McEachen
B. Bus., CRA P. App., President
Liam graduated from Lambton College in 2011 with a Diploma in Police Foundations. He then started on the path of achieving his CRA, P. App. designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Liam graduated from Thompson Rivers University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate and earned a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia through the UBC Sauder School of Business. Liam started his appraisal career in 2016 as a Candidate earning his CRA P. App. designation in 2020 and became a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He holds memberships as an appraiser at the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors and the Sarnia-Lambton Association of Realtors. He has acted as the President of KLM Appraisals since 2022 when he took over the operations of the family business.
Liam was raised on a farm west of Parkhill and currently resides in Ailsa Craig. In his spare time, Liam enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching hockey, and is a fitness enthusiast.
Kathleen McEachen
Office Manager
Kathleen has worked with KLM Appraisals since March 2022.

She graduated from the Medical Office Administration Program at Fanshawe College in 2010 and then received her Emergency Telecommunications Certificate through Fanshawe College in 2011. She spent 12 years working at London Health Sciences Centre before leaving to work part-time at KLM Appraisals while raising her and Liam's two young daughters.
​
In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends, discover new places, experiencing different restaurants and has a passion for thrifting, antiques, and interior design.
Kelly McEachen
B. Comm., CRA P. App., Retired
Kelly graduated from the University of Guelph in 1983 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and subsequently earned a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from St. Francis Xavier University. She started her appraisal career in 1996, earning her CRA, P. App. designation in 2001. In 2002 she founded KLM Appraisals and passed the operations of the business over to her son, Liam, in 2022.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, helping run the family farm and spending time with friends and family, especially her three grandchildren.
​
Kelly retired from her role as an appraiser in December 2023.
